About the Founder
Akira J. Brown, MBA, SPHR, CLRL, is a labor relations strategist with over 15 years of experience leading Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations in complex, labor-sensitive environments. She founded LaborLogic 360 to help employers navigate workforce risk with discipline and decisive leadership.

Akira’s approach integrates business strategy with leadership behavior and workforce dynamics, focusing on how decisions are experienced at the employee level and how those experiences shape trust, stability, and risk.
She is known for direct, steady leadership in moments that require accountability and follow-through, helping organizations strengthen execution, restore credibility, and address workforce conditions before they escalate.
Before launching LaborLogic 360, Akira held senior and leadership roles at Amazon and other industry-leading organizations including UnitedHealth Group, Sysco’s Buckhead Meat & Seafood, Mountainaire Farms, and Save-A-Lot Food Stores.
